How can I get a free sample?
We can provide our existing similar samples for free to check the style and quality. For samples designed with your own logo, a mold fee will be charged based on your custom specifications.

What are the payment terms and ordering process?
We accept various payment methods including PayPal, T/T, Bank Transfer, L/C, and Western Union. For total amounts under USD 15,000, we require a 30% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due against the copy of the original B/L. For amounts over USD 15,000, L/C at sight is acceptable. The typical process starts with your inquiry, followed by a quotation, payment, design approval, molding, sample approval, and finally, mass production.

How long does it take for a customized product order to be finished?
For standard customized samples, the production time is 7 to 10 working days. For bulk production orders, the standard lead time is 20 to 25 working days.
