We machine virtually all common aluminum grades, including 6061, 6063, 7075, 5052, 5083, 6082, and 2011. Each alloy is selected for its specific balance of strength, corrosion resistance, machinability, or weldability. To enhance performance and appearance, we offer a complete suite of surface treatments:
- Anodizing (clear, black, hard coat, and colored) – increases surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion protection.
- Sandblasting / bead blasting – creates a uniform matte finish ideal for further coating or as a final cosmetic surface.
- Brushing / satin finishing – produces a fine directional grain for a premium look.
- Powder coating & liquid painting – available in any RAL color with controlled thickness.
- Electropolishing & chemical brightening – for ultra-smooth, reflective surfaces.
- Passivation & chromate conversion (Alodine) – provides conductivity and corrosion resistance for electronic applications.
